Alert zones: zones you draw in the portal count against the map plan, zones created through the API against the developer plan. Both numbers add up.

COMMUNITY ACCESS
Community access
We give free access with higher limits to AIS station operators, researchers, educators, non-profit organisations and open-source projects. Commercial use requires a separate agreement for the individual project. The limits are stated when we grant access. A person at Pelyr decides on each request, and we may also offer it on our own initiative. It is granted for up to 12 months and may be renewed. It is voluntary, creates no claim, and we may change or end it at any time.
